New York Legion 2021 Season Ends

The New York Legion 2022 season came to an end on Saturday October 23, 2021, with a loss to the Long Island Red Devils by a score of 30-6.

The NY Legion traveled to Granny Road Park in Medford, New York for the 3rd time in 2021 having won one contest against the Demon Knights and getting a no decision the second time due to a referee scheduling failure. The NY legion came into the contest hobbled with injuries and missing personnel as is common late in the season for many teams. The NY Legion tried to make a comeback in the 3rd quarter and got the game to 23-6 but the Red Devils would extend the lead with a later 4th quarter touchdown to bring the game to 30-6 and end the NY Legion 2021 season.

With the win, the Long Island Red Devils advanced to the EFA IV championship game and the NY Legion start their off season. The NY Legion would like to thank all of the Legion players, supporters, coaches, and management for another year of NY Legion Football.
